Any ideas on how to take care of her?

Considering all she has been through, thats one tough hamster! I know they live about 3 years. Most vets will recommend putting her down. If she is not in pain keep doing what you are doing, although maybe the hamster ball might be alittle to much for her since her weight seemed to go towards the front.
