I Have a '66 f250 with a 5.8 L 352 and is having trouble starting... any advice? ?

the truck is old but the engine has been taken care of. it has a new process 4 speed manual transmission and is 2WD. My only concern is that there is something wrong electrically. and just for you ford guys info i'm pulling down 15 - 16 MPG's on the street
