How is this workout?

too much for ur age.don't think iam discouraging.iam being honest for ur own good.if u do too much gym at this age first of all ur height growth will stop.secondly u should give a rest day in between each day of workout.come on!!ur a young, healthy teen.jog,walk,play basketball etc etc....gymming sometimes.think about it!!
