My friend recked my tna pants?

i lent my friend myTNA pants if you dont no what they are they are like yoga pants they are almost $100 and i no i was stupied to lend them to her. the tna sign at the back of the pants are peeling off they have like pills all over then (like little fuzzies stuck to then all over) she wore them for like more then 2 weeks and washed them once but i told her to bring themback to me after 3 days so i could wash them and put them in the bad to wash them.... but she washed them and put them in the dryer :( now they are recked and i dont no how to tell her that she recked my panats with out her getting mad at me
