My NOSE PEIRCING is sinking?!?

I got it done with a gun on saturday, and ater two days I noticed its going in I went back to the place I got it from today & they gave me a bigger stud, they said to wait but its going in and I'm scared because I know i I take it out now it'll get infected! WHAT SHOULD I DO WHATS THE SAFEST WAY!!!!
