Will my kuhli loach be ok?

ok so i was doing a water change on my fishes tank and cleaning the gravel so i had to take out all the decorations. one of the kuhli loaches must have been stuck on one of the decorations because after i emptyed 2 buckets of water and started putting the decorations back i noticed it wriggling around on the newspaper. it was probably out of the water for 2, 3 mins tops. i managed to get it on my hand and get it back in the water
