okay iam getting this little discomfort on my lat muscle everytime i move my arm upwards.... i jus woke and the feeling was there, i didnt strech or nothing before its more like a clingy feeling....so i was wondering can i still do push ups and dumbell curls...ill make sure to lay off the the pull ups and chin ups for a while which suks....how long will it take to heal..iam 18 by the way THX in advance
