1999 Ford F-150 V8 Triton 5.4L Check Engine Light?

My check engine light came on and when I took it to Auto Zone they said it was either my M Air Flow Sensor or my Fuel Pressure Sensor. They could not specify which one. Is there any way to determine which sensor needs to be replaced.
