Blood Clot or Cubital Syndrome?

i dont think it is a blood clot... well i had blood cots around a year ago and i noticed i had a very sharp pain in the area in which it was in. Futhermore you usually get blood clots from being very inmobile or in my case being in an airplane which i still dont know as to why makes you form blood clots.
