Catholics, please answer my confession, communion and perfect contrition question.?

That is the catholic thing, they can do whatever they want and then "confess", then they are good to go again with whatever they want to do. You on the other hand have to actually deal with and accept your actions. This makes you continually aware of your actions and makes you a better person for it. This is why christians and go out and kill and destroy with a clear conscious since they can be absolved on the week end.
