Hey guys, if I have 35 fletching and want it to get it to 99 how long do you think it would take?

By the way this is on Runescape and i know my fletching level is low but i just started today. So if I were to play for about 4 hours a day and played everyday, how long do you think it would take? I have enough money and everything too. Well please answer XD. Thanks!
