How can i try and have colleges /universities notice me?

Definately join AAU, those tournaments can take you all over and near colleges you want to go to, so you can actually talk to college representatives. College basketball camps can also get you noticed, since you'll most likely be in direct contact with that schools coach. Also as long as you keep your grades up colleges will be looking at you and your extracurriculars.
