How long will it take to clear up my skin, when not wearing makeup?

I have acne Between my eyebrows all the time and a line of zits going across the top of my forehead. Also my cheeks are red ans splotchy what could this be from? Also black heads on my nose, how long will it take if i dont wear make up to clear it up?
