I was trying to contact my spirit guide but something weird kept happening?

k i talk to a psychic right about my spirit guide and i found out her name was candra k i kept asking her to come to me i have ?`s and this thing started happening okay i logged out my yahoo im on my phone before i started to contact my spirit guide candra then when i was trying to contact her my phone kep vibrating and logging me off yahoo im when i was already logged off it did it like 5 to 10 times
