Need to knowhow far i am plz?

ok so i lost a bay in january this year had a curet then afte the bleeding stopped got a norma period after that i had a period every week 1/2 to 2 weeks then i couldnt remember if i had a period in june so i done a preg test on 4th july negative i looked at it later and it was positive then done another last week it was positive straight away how far could i be
