What are effective plans for losing weight and getting fit with very little time for exercise?

I lived that life for too long. I worked at WalMart and valeted at the same time, trying to make ends meet. You have to think outside of the box! Is either job close enough to bike to? If not, and your transit times are too long, consider dropping one job or reducing your hours slightly. Otherwise, you can do fine with thirty minutes a day. Try that and see if you can survive it.
