Why do i have a chubby p*ssy.... i hate it please help!?

I HATE IT! im not even fat and my p*ssy is fat and NOT flat its like when i lay down flat u can see the bump and its not a bone its just meat! lol but i hate it cause when i wear a bikini it looks fat so i have to wear like those shorts so u cant tell that much but i really don't like it because i have been dating my bf for about 10 months and we haven't had because im scared he's going to be like wtf why isn't it flat!? is there anything i can do to i guess lose weight in that area!?
