Zombie movie from either the 80's or 90's where a zombie bites some girl in the head?

I saw a movie on the sy-fy channel some time ago and never found out what is was called all i remember was some girl outside at night getting bit in the head by a zombie it was either made in the 90's or 80's my money is on the 80's but i still don't know the name of it someone please help me out.
