How to cover up freckles?

I am irish I have alot of freckles I also have the no pimples or zits, but a cupole of black heads. I have always had purple bags under my eyes, that never go away. I also have either ugly pale white skin that make me look like a druggie, and its gets a little pink because the freckles do not compliment my face. I feel that I am ugly because of the flecks, and I want to achevie the porsclin doll complextion i try makeup but it doesnt cover it up. Can anyone help me. How to i make my fae have an even skin tone
