Out of a 30-30 rifle and a army mod SKS?

im geting 400 bigs soon and i wanna know how much can a normal 30-30 run up to and out of a 30-30 and a army moded SKS with bypod red-dot sight 30 round mag and M4 sling and longer barrol what would better i looked at the SKS and the 30-30 but what one is better and dont asy its up to me beacuse im looking for the better one now the SKS is 380$ but i forgot to check the price on the 30-30 but if its in the range what gun is better
