Which way to Heaven??

If Heaven is a kingdom in the sky, that means it is either in the upper reaches of our atmosphere, or space. Since it's not in the atmosphere, let's go ahead and ume it's in space. (It's not in another dimension, because the buybull does not even hint towards that.) So, if the common conception of Heaven is that it is up, and Hell is down, wouldn't that change depending of the position of the earth's rotation? Maybe Heaven is left at noon. Or maybe it's a fabrication to make people feel more comfortable with dying?
