Hello! i was recently evicted as i made a heatlh dept. complaint due to mold! how will this effect effect me?

hello! i recently returned home from a business trip to find my condo covered with surface mold! it ruined everything, my whole wardrobe, furniture, home office equipment etc. even worse, after 5 emergency room visits for breathing problems and dumbfounded doctors that couldnt find a diagnosis, they now attribute it to previously unseen mold behind the walls! i was renting a nice condo and brought it to the landlords attention, his response was that i must have done somthing to cause this? he would not allow me to break the lease! so i filed a complaint to the health dept asking them to investigate the issue, subsequently they told me this was the worst case they had seen in 10yrs!!! they made requests to the owner to remediate ie. clean it up! in which he refused! then, for some reason the health dept rep backed down from them as i think they knew each other! the owner summoned me to court for an eviction. i went to the property mgr to pay the rent on the first of the month and they said they could not accept it? they then waited till the 5th of the month and filed an eviction against me! i took lots of very graphic pics of the amounts of mold that were unbelievable! while waiting in the hallway of the courthouse i asked the baliff if my name was called? he said oh yea! we did call it and we issued a 5 day set out date? in other words, get out in 5 days for not showing up for court! i even subpeonaed the health dept. dude and his findings to prove my case! so within 5 days i had to vacate the condo! my rent was 1,100.00 mo., i agreed to pay an money and they refused, but then evicted for non payment of rent? they always accepted any rent late etc, but in this matter they were angry over the mold which after doing my homework and talking to some neighbors and tenants moving out, they had horrible mold issues next door!!! in fact i found out there was a flood some years back and water stayed under the structure etc. the month that i made the water complaint the mgt. printed up a mold release to force people to sign to releive themselves of liability! even worse, my renters insurance doesnt cover this mold mess! i got royally screwed! evicted! im trying to find a lawyer and talking to the courts etc. to get this straightended out! my long winded story ends with, HOW WILL AN EVICTION AFFECT MY FUTURE ATTEMPTS TO RENT OR PURCHASE PROPERTIES? i know its negative, i live in ohio and the the due process is terrible for tentants/laws, in fact people are suing as its flat out unconstitutional to evict people like this, if i appeal, i still had to uproot myself, my property etc. obviously i need a lawyer, im not sure what kind? will the eviction be only on a local record check? my credit? can i explain this away? thanks

Electric light fittings can anyone help please...?

We are removing the old light fitting in the bathroom and replacing it with a new one. The old light fitting has three places to connect the wires but the new fitting only has two places to connect the wires. The one which was connected to the third place is a black wire with a red sleeve. I have four red, four black and four earth wires there are four other rooms which are connected through the bathroom fitting but only one wire which makes the bathroom light work. I have tried every combination of wiring and cant get it to work it switches on and the light comes on but when i switch it off it trips. Can anyone help please - any sparkies out there tonight???

Sounds like it could have been a combination of things - the main thing being that I think he had a stroke - maybe a TIA (mini-stroke) as you said he is doing better. The bleeding i am concerned about as well, although not as much as I think he had a stroke. The bleeding could be crystals in his urine, but it could also be Prostate Cancer and his collapsing could be from that if it wasn't a stroke issue. He does need to see a vet as soon as you can get him there.

Oh, boy. Welcome to my world. If you're dedicated to your concept, and it sounds like you are, you have to stick with it. I imagine you knew it would be exhausting. I've been doing the same for about three years and I knew going in..which is different from the actual experience, of course. I don't know how much time you have in but, for me, it was like that for a while, then things were pretty level now the economy tanked and I've been struggling again. I lost two (HUGE) clients when the mortgage crisis first hit but I am back up now, almost to level. That all being said, take a vacation. That's the only thing that works for me. I don't let myself do anything work-related for a week. By the time the second weekend rolls around, I'm champing at the bit. I realize that may be impossible but, if it is at all possible, that's what I suggest. If it's all that hard, at least take a fake vacation--daycation, weekend away, something special. Celebrate the b's you had to set out on your own. As impossible as it is, try to have a life outside of the biz. Take a day off and go to the movies--by yourself even. It's oddly satisfying when one is an independent business owner such as we.

I've been thinking about the term existence. Sometimes we wonder if reality exists but by the fact that we are discussing it, I argue that it must exist. Now, I'm not saying it must be the whole story but if we ume reality is an illusion, it must exist as one, right? I mean we don't say "dreams do not exist" just because they are thoughts do we? You might call this semantics but I think that this breaks down a barrier between the material and the abstract which we always consider an axiom. Maytag without a doubt. I used to work at Best Buy and the lady in the appliances dept. told me that whatever you do never get a kenmore..they are the ones that are returned the most often and/or in the shop the most repeated for service. Any inventive ideas on how to stop people stealing my plants?

I don't have a garden but I've created several dozen on my street and around my neighbourhood around tree beds. I live in an inner city location so there's a lot of traffic and the plants are often damaged or stolen. I don't mind people taking cuttings, etc.. but it is upsetting when whole plants are uprooted and taken. If they like it so much, it's right there and they can come visit it anytime!! Try not to do ur hw at the last min, Pay attention in cl ( but dont over do it, still chat with ur friend next 2 u), n study every time you have a test coming up. Study wont be that hard if u payed attention, just review ur notes for like 30 min. Thats all i guess, it takes time but it improved my grade. Hope i helped

When you cannot live up to what you think you are expected to do, then the stress can lead to depression. You need to sit down and have a heart to heart with your parents. SO SCARED ABOUT DENTAL EXTRACTION! WHAT DO I DO!?

I work for an oral surgeon and see about 10 extractions a day. No one ever feels a thing. It's actually weird how easy teeth come out. It little take a couple wiggles and they come right out. The doctor will not do a thing until you confirm with him or her that you are totally numb. You can be put to sleep completely if you can't calm your nerves or get laughing gas to give you a floating careless feeling. Once it's over (about 10 minutes) make sure you bite down hard on the gauze and take it easy for a couple day and eat soft food that's not too hot or cold. If you feel discomfort the doctor should have given you a prescription for pain medication to take. You'll see you wasted time worrying for nothing once it's over so try your best to relax by coaching yourself mentally about how routine and simple this is. Good luck!

This era a ford vehicles has been known to melt the large 3 wire connector at the alternator. Most replacement alternators come with this pigtail and require it be replaced for a warranty to be valid. It is quite possible that a short in this connector was the cause of the battery failure in the first place. Replace the alternator and connector and be sure the cables at the batt are connected properly. Should be no damage to the ECM but you can never be sure until everything is reconnected.

Considering all she has been through, thats one tough hamster! I know they live about 3 years. Most vets will recommend putting her down. If she is not in pain keep doing what you are doing, although maybe the hamster ball might be alittle to much for her since her weight seemed to go towards the front.

I have a boxer, they tend to be stubborn & need someone who is firm with them & will invest the time in training them to be obedient. 'Reward based training' is better with them; they seem to be sensitive to the more physical or aggressive tactics. They are stubborn because they are fairly intelligent & know when they can get away with stuff. They will be sneaky about doing stuff they aren't supposed to do, & if not properly exercised, they can get destructive out of boredom. Boxers don't like being left alone, & bond well with their owners. They can run with you but don't tolerate extreme weather (real hot or real cold) & tend to overheat easily because of their short muzzles, so make sure to bring water with you on your runs. They seem to have short attention spans & act like big puppies. They are pretty active & need a daily walk at least, along with something to occupy their minds. A lot of people do agility training with their boxers. They are clified as a 'working dog', their history includes bull baiting, guard dog, police work, isting hunters in holding down large prey (they do have a pretty strong jaw, don't know why someone would say they have a weak bite?) & they even did circus performing. Boxers are really good (tolerant) of kids & protective of their families. They are prone to health conditions like cancer, allergies & heart issues in their later years. They aren't full grown until approximately 2 years old. Overall, they are an excellent dog if properly trained, require very minimum grooming, & are not aggressive.

Well school just starting on Wednesday, but for the past three days this really cute guy in my reading and math cl keeps one staring at me. okay. well im fifteen years old and in the ninth grade, if that means anything. ive never noticed any "smelly" discharge until i hit the 8th grade, or around that time. i'm a very clean person, and i don't know what im doing wrong. i wear deodarant, i bring it in my purse and put it on a lot, so i know its not that which smells. people have said "you smell like fish" or "you smell like ****". my family say i do not smell, but i feel completely otherwise. when im home, i feel "free" and do actually notice less smell, odd right? but if i go to school i bring alot, like 11, pantyliners in my purse and change them EVERY period. for the past couple of days, though, ive been bringing an extra pair of underwear to school and only about 5 liners. if i dont wear the liners, my underwear smell, i cant even describe the smell. its not fishy, though. its not "normal" either, and i know that for a fact because it hadnt started until a little bit ago, the 8th grade. i do have anxiety, which does make me sweat more, probably down there too. i wipe MORE then i have to, but i still am always so "moist" down there, ugh sorry tmi :( lol. i shave EVERYDAY down there, everywhere actually (underarms, private area, legs). im not hairy at all either, i just do. oh and ive noticed that i get realllly bad gas in school, like gy feelings in my stomach, that tell you you have to fart. i "hold" it in and like dont fart, but for some reason i feel like i still am. gosh. its so annoying and im getting sick of it. what the hell am i doing wrong? what do i need to do? oh also, i also get "yellow" stains in my underwear, which smells THE WORST. i dont even have to directly smell the pantyliner or my underwear, cause i dont, ew, lol, but i just get a whiff of it when i pull down my underwear, that kinda thing. im really sorry if this is tmi. thanks in advance everybody!!(:

Most people (men and women) are too lazy to develop their own morality and just go along with what they see in the movies, or what they see their friends do. okay iam 20 years old and i have a 2 year old and a 6 month old. I didnt want them to put me an epidural because iv'e heard bad stories about it, of women that got paralyzed afterwards. The only thing i asked for is pain medicine through my I.V. and no, it didnt really cut the pain made it made be sleep a little, after the medicine wears off, than the doctor really pushes you to begin labor and start pushing. Cat with history of urinary troubles vomiting?

My 1 1/2 year old cat has vomited twice today and is not eating/drinking water. Now he is acting pretty lethargic - under beds, sitting quietly, he normally runs all over the house and plays with everything and everybody! Normally this would not concern me as he only vomited twice, but I want to be sure. He has a history of urinary problems and is now on Royal Canin Urinary food for his multiple urinary blockages.. hasn't happened since last summer. Is my cartilage piercing infected?

I got my cartilage pierced 2-3 months ago (I haven't really kept track). The ear is a little swollenish, and where it is swollen around my earring (on both sides) it is white (A white?). It hurts a lot to clean, touch, and sometimes I sleep on it. I honestly did not clean it as much as I was supposed to at the beginning (I used to only clean it once a day). My mother placed some twigs and some cotton wool into the breeding box and although she did not touch the eggs with her hands she did move them about using the twigs. will this be the reason she has not sat on them?? when should i remove the eggs considering she is not paying any attention to them?? my husband says it looks like the female is carry some eggs as she looks fatter than normal. how often do tey lay eggs and if i move the 2 there will she lay some more??

I'm going into highschool next year and i'm going 2 camp for 7 weeks on sunday. my friend has done a lot with guys and shes given me and my friends advice on how 2 get a guy. she said tht in order 2 get a guy u hav 2 get friendly with him. the thing is, i am just an awkward person in general. when i try 2 talk 2 boys i just hav bad body language and dont really say "cool" things. i kind of hav a boy whos a friend at my camp but im even awkward around him. i need 2 know how 2 not be as awkward around boys. my friend also says tht shes an awkward person but she makes her awkwardness into cuteness. i dont really know how 2 do tht... i also think its easier 4 my friend 2 talk 2 boys because shes much more outgoing than i am. im shy. so any advice on how 2 not be as awkward and shy around guys would be great 4 camp and highschool. thanks

What are some common places that the dome circuit tends to short out in a 1996 Toyota Corolla, 1.8L?

I replace the dome circuit fuse (20A) and it works for a bit, then pops (blows) and the circuit goes dead. I have after market speakers that went out when this started. I've replaced the speakers and the wires stay connected, but the fuse still blows. I've looked in the Haynes and Chilton books and cannot find a schematic to know what is on the circuit. Any ideas?

How do I get rid of fleas in my house?

We moved into a house 4-5 months ago. We have an inside cat and all of the sudden I noticed he had fleas all over her. I flipped out because we have a newborn and a 2 year old. I don't want fleas on them! I suppose the old owners must have had a serious flee problem before and I know they had a cat. I took the cat to the vet and they gave her a flea dip/bath, but there was fleas on her when I picker her up. I also had the house treated professionally at the same time. I then put on Frontline and gave her one of those vet pills that kill fleas. Guess what? She still has fleas, not a lot but I still see 1-3 when I comb her with the flee comb. So I had the flee company come back and I just checked her again(she is staying in the basement) and found a couple more fleas...are they eventually going to go away? PLease help!!!!!

No I don't think that it matters what the franchise thinks in regards to the laws of the process. I rarely get angry and when I do, I get over my anger incredibly quickly by being by myself. Is it bad to have so little anger? I also, over the previous five years have lost my ability to feel guilty about things I do and have lost my compion for people. Example - my brother caught fire and I remained perfectly calm during the day. I didn't feel anything. I also have lost emotions to the point that I feel very little to no emotion over things. You are considering God as huge and impersonal. God's nature is love. He desires to give love, have you ever considered the many things on Earth we do NOT need? color as in a sunset? taste as in something you love? smell as in the smell of a lover or fresh air? touch? as in holding hands. We do not need any of these, we were granted these out of his love for us, just as you would give something good to your child or love of your life. Why does he care if humans believe or not? My life is sucky these days?

Well, I can tell you from personal experience that what you're experiencing might be slight anxiety or stress, as when I was in college I too worked a shitty job and did crappy hours and also kept trying to maintain a 3.0 GPA or higher all the time while being overburdened by homework. Honestly, medication is not always the solution, as when I went to a psychiatrist with this problem she said just take lexapro, then when that didn't work take xanax. Your cirstances are unfortunate and you're mother sounds overburdening much as mine was so perhaps discussing this with her can remedy the situation. As for your academic difficulties keep trying on that front because honestly you generally need at least a 3.5 GPA if you're trying for half/full scholarship istance, not to put additional pressure on you, but it also sounds like the workload for these cles may be more than you can handle so see if an alternative learning strategy can be offered by your teachers. And for the topic of your friends if they're that annoying try to engage in conversation with other people whom have similar interests, or talk to a school counselor about your problems it honestly may help in coping with your stress.
